George Hare
1 Lower Calthorpe Street, Gray’s Inn Road
London, England
ca. 1880

All George hare cameras were of the very highest quality materials and construction, and he introduced models which were to be classics in their time. This stunning stereo camera was made of mahogany with deep wine-red bellows. The matching brass lenses are not marked and have wheelhouse stops. It was made in the early years of the dry plate era.
